 After my appointment with M.D.A. I began searching for a scooter I was comfortable with. I came across the Pacesaver scooter on the web and than found one I could test ride. Of all the scooters I rode, this one seemed to be top of the line.
It was not top heavy and could handle inclines and down hills without tipping over. It was also very important that I could lift it into the trunk once I had it disassembled. It was also the only scooter I could find that was totally made in America so that if I ever needed parts there would be no long wait for the parts to come in.
Then I started to get price quotes. Oh my, what a nightmare. These things are way pricey for folks that are disabled.
While searching the web I found Edmond Wheelchair Repair & Supply. I called and talked with one of your staff. What a wonderful lady she is. She treated me like I was so special. She made me smile and laugh along with her. Because of her I ordered my scooter with your office and will never hesitate to recommend your company.  Thank you.

 Every now and then a customer encounters someone who gives not only extraordinary service but also takes the time to listen and address the needs and concerns of a customer who knows they need something, but doesn't quite know what.
I needed to get a wheelchair for my daughter and was fortunate enough to click on your web site and than talked to one of your staff. He is not only knowledgeable about the products you handle, but he was able to walk me through the process so that I not only got what I needed, but we succeeded in putting a smile on my daughter's face when she took delivery of her electric blue chair.
The chair he helped me pick out is far better than the one the local medical supply company was trying to pawn off on us and it was available at a price that blew the doors off the the local medical supply company's price. He made the selection and ordering very simple and straight forward which, I think, is as close to pleasurable as ordering a wheelchair can be.
