Solid tires of 1-3/4" & 2" diameter width or larger, require a 2 piece or split rim. The easy way to tell if your rims are two piece, is to look for 4 or 5 bolts spaced around the center of the hub like in the photo below.

For smaller sizes it is more cost effective to replace the complete front caster.
