At Edmond Wheelchair Repair & Supply we want you to be happy with your purchase, but sometimes mistakes do happen so we are setting up this policy to ensure that you get a fair deal.

No returns will be accepted and no refund will be issued without a return authorization. Simply call our toll free number Monday - Friday for authorization, 1 ( 888 ) 343-2969

If you should receive an item that appears to have been damaged in shipping, please call us as soon as possible. All items are shipped insured and the shipping companies will pay for a replacement or repair.

If you should receive a defective homecare or hospital bed, manual wheelchair, power wheelchair or scooter, call us and we will arrange with the factory to have it repaired or replaced for you. ( At the manufacturers discretion )
 

If you should receive any other defective item, simply call us for a full refund or replacement, we will cover the cost of shipping the defective item back. 
 

If you order the wrong size or item, call us within 30 days and we will ship the correct size or item. You pay the shipping charges on in-stock items plus a 10% to 25% restocking fee.
For health reasons, bath-aids are non-returnable if the package has been opened.

Special order items in many cases have a restocking fee that ranges from 10% to 25% depending on manufacturer.
 

Custom made items are non-returnable.
