ONLINE ORDERS

When you place your online order, you will receive an e-mail with your online order processing number.
Once the order is processed we will delete your credit card information from the server and as always, we will not enter it into our computers. This helps prevent someone from breaking into the system and stealing credit card numbers.

You will receive a copy of your order with the complete order number by mail or e-mail.

We will fax or e-mail back a conformation with the total price including any shipping.

Companies with an existing account can fax your order 24 hours a day. Please include account number, shipping information and purchase order number.

All orders are usually shipped within 48 hours. If a product is not in stock we will try to have it drop shipped direct from the manufacturer or distributor.

Most prices are plus shipping. A very few products we can have shipped direct in the continental USA at no charge, on these we will not charge shipping.

Due to our suppliers imposing a minimum order, all order under $10.00 will have a $5.00 handling fee added to the total. We are very sorry about this, but we have no choice.
